I've done the pre-order of some cd (the complete album that will be out in 28th of febb) , but someone knows the time between the order and the arrive? Or something else about the pre-order

Where are you? In the UK it should arrive the day or the day after the release date. Europe 1-2 weeks? US/Canada/Aus about 2weeks-3.

Sorry but I didn't remember to write the most important thing I'm from italy Okok thank you...but in this situation, if my cd will be break, what I will do?

Mate, i wouldn't worry about it. I've had both the Ltd 7" singles sent to Australia and both were alright, not much ca go wrong with a CD.

If it does, just get in touch with the site and I am sure then have a way for refunding/exchanging damaged items.
