Got an invoice today but how do we pay? I'm not paying a transfer fee!! Can we not pay by card. I will email them back, but it seems that all replies are being sent back in German (fair enough it is a german offer, but you'd think they could translate for the customers who specified delivery to England!!)

I saw 2 photos of it and the autographs seems to be the same.
As I thought, these autographs are only printed on the vinyls.

However I took one from ebay

Got my invoice through, like everyone elses in German, so don't have a clue. If its a bank transfer thing, looks like I'll just have to forget it. :(I see the translation mentions subsciption! I am not signing up to subscribe. Anyone know what it means by that?

Hi everyone.

I received my invoice and was confused by the text as well. Instead of rubbishing Germans I called the (telefon) number and asked a few questions. They confirmed the following:

1) The text that says 'subscriptions' is standard text because they normally handle subscriptions and not single issues. They didn't have a chance to edit this text because of the huge, and unexpected, demand.
2) They are processing orders from all over the world including Brazil and Australia!
3) All orders will be shipped with the vinyl.
4) Most importantly, they accepted credit card payment over the phone which saved me a few quid on banking fees!

Hope this helps!
