Could someone give me some help on a line in Millionaire... is it 'medals on your proud militia rags' or 'medals on your premonition rags'?

I realise the second effort makes no sense but Noel once asked us to 'catch the wheel that breaks the butterfly' and I wonder if this has rubbed off on Wing Commander Bell.

Good to know...I'd wondered if it was "premonition rags" too, and while that made little sense, I liked how the meaning fit with the next line "you just need to know yourself".
