The Big One

Given that by next summer, when Beady Eye or touring and/or doing festivals, they'll only have 15 max songs, will they perform Oasis hits? Could/would they do Supersonic/Wonderwall/Lyla etc? Or maybe they'll just do the ones written by Liam, Andy and Gem?

If they do any Oasis tunes it feels like to me that they'll only play the stuff Noel didn't write or sings. But that's just me thinking. :D

I'd prefer if they didn't play any Oasis tunes.

It's a new band, new sound, new direction ........ leave Oasis in the past.

Would like to see TUTS, TBWTB, I believe in all and GGTIA wheeled out, amongst others. Maybe Gem could do a bonus heavy stereo song (cartoon moon 8-))

would be nice to see a few oasis songs, especially seeing as not all oasis songs were written by noel. theres plenty of artists who still play songs from their first band....just look at morrissey

Yeah, I agree. I wouldn't hate the guys if they played a few forgotten Oasis tunes. :D

Liam can't sing some of the early Oasis songs anymore. He r*pes slide away and i couldnt see him singing Hey Now even though it could be quite psychedelic live!

Nag nag nag all day long. If I saw Beady Eye live and they started playing Slide Away I wouldn't just stand there and analyse weather or not Liam SHOULD sing the f**king song or not. I would go mad and sing along with the rest of the fans and have a god time. 8-)

plenty of non-Noel Oasis songs to fill the setlist out a bit, I personally would love to hear

Eyeball Tickler
Thank You For The Good Times -- this could be MEGA live
Keep The Dream Alive
Turn Up The Sun

To hear this mob live would be truly awful. I can just imagine Kermit whining away to this s**t at the dog and duck.

"totally agree..Some qaulity B sides in Eyeball Tickler and Thank You For The Good Times. And there not early songs so liams voice would still fit them perfectly live...like to see them play 'Boy With The Blues' and maybe 'To Be Where There's Life'....

there's still covers they can pay, I am the Walrus, My Generation to help fill up the setlist.

I assume Songbird and at a stretch Born on a Different Cloud (if his voice is up to it...) will be in the set.
Would be nice for the die-hards to hear Won't Let You Down.

Boy with the Blues is better than most of the stuff on Dig Out Your Soul, shame it was 'used' and not saved to be an A-side or to be used on the B.E album.

Sorry to hear you say that. I myself love the first song. Can't really say to much else sins that's all we got at the moment. A free song. And what the f**k is all this about Kermit? He sounds nothing like Kermit. The stupidest thing I've ever heard.

Also I swear Liam already said that they would play songs from Oasis just not Noel penned tunes. They should play what they have written and a cover just like Oasis would have done when they were first starting out.
