The 335 you mentioned which I assume you mean in the solo is actually a Gibson Trini Lopez. You can tell from the outward pointing arrow head inlays and the diamond shaped sound holes, the 335's have traditional f-holes.

Good point about the other acoustic guitar I completely forgot. Gem plays a 1964 Texan Epiphone acoustic during the solo opposite Andy and his Hummingbird. Fun fact: Gem's acoustic guitar model is also used by Paul McCartney.

Noel uses the Texan Epiphone,too. In my opinion, the best accoustic guitar

I've never played one but it sounds like a hell of a title.
As for the Gem comment I've never come across that myself but it does sound funny. I guess eventually they will start running Gem is dead papers and go through that whole thing again ala paul is dead
