'DIFFERENT GEAR, STILL SPEEDING' - OUT NOW!

Beady Eye's 'Different Gear, Still Speeding' is out NOW!
Since announcing the album back in December, 'Different Gear, Still Speeding' has become an event release. As NME recently wrote, "It will be the talk of the water cooler for some time to come".
The album has received great reviews across the board including 4 out of 5 in Q Magazine and The Daily Mail, whilst songs singled out include 'The Beat Goes On' which Clash Magazine described as having an "immaculate melody and chorus", and The Guardian stating, "The breezily melodic 'Millionaire' is fantastic".

They did 3 songs for the recorded show - Bring the Light, Roller and Millionaire and you saw the Millionaire on the live show. They sounded so much better in the studio than it came across on TV. Elbow were brilliant and it was nice to see Liam and Guy Garvey having a laugh together. It was so embarrassing when that Trio wouldn't stop!

Definitely a GROWER. If u give it a chance it turns out to be a great debut album for a new & I guess not so new band. Beat Goes On , Three Ring Circus , Morning Son r my favs so far. I think they could've done a lot more with Kill for a Dream. It's a fantastic melody but I think the arrangements could've been better.

all the songs are amazing! just one thing wrong with it, the two 6 minute+ songs 'the morning son' and 'wigwam' they just die after about 3 minutes and repeat themselves over and over for 3 minutes, doesnt botehr me too much because i love the album and all the b-sides too, biggest rock n roll band of 2011! beady eye are the only band doing this kind of music and i love the sound like the beatles and the rolling stones etc.. and im 16 REAL music LIVE FOREVER beady eye!

Well worth the wait. I will admit that a few of the songs song like folk rock music and a few tunes were a bit hard to like... however, songs like, Three Ring Circus, (which is my favorite behind "The Roller"), Sons of the Stage, Wigwam and Standing On the Edge of the Noise, those are some great tunes.
